1. Change of Flowers Policies
Changes to flowers upon request and time slots are subjected to availability.
Flowers and materials might be replaced due to availability.
Should a particular flower be unavailable, we will contact you and will replace flowers of equal value or higher.
2. Refund Policies
We shall not be liable for the loss/damaged of flowers after it is delivered/collected. Kindly do note that all our flowers are preserved flowers and NOT fresh flowers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Delivery Policies
Customers will be responsible to provide the correct delivery information and ensure someone is present to receive the flowers. If no one is present at the designated delivery address, we will try to contact the recipient/sender, if there are no replies, the delivery person will leave the flowers to the doorstep/neighbor/reception with a photo proof. A message will be sent to the recipient/sender to notice about the placement. We shall not be liable for the loss/damaged of flowers after it is delivered.
We shall not be liable for flowers delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided.
4. Restricted Areas
Delivery to all parts of Singapore except Sentosa, Airport and Tuas, a delivery surcharge of $15 will be imposed on these locations.
*For PSA Ports, Army Camps, Jurong Island and Airport Cargo Complex, do check with us beforehand as we may not be able to provide the delivery service.*
Choosing a specific timing will incur additional charge of $5.
5. Redelivery/ Wrong Address
Additional charge of $23 for re-delivery.
6. Changes to Order
Any changes of delivery address/date/time need to be informed at least 24 hours before actual delivery.
7. Order Cancellation
For order cancellation, once the bouquet is made, only 50% of amount paid will be refunded at any point of time.
