How do I self collect?
Our self collection box is located at 102 Ang Mo Kio Ave 3, Singapore 560102. More details such as unit number and passcode will be sent to your email 24 hours before the collection date.
What are the delivery surcharges and timings?
We provide islandwide delivery from 5pm - 11:30pm for $23. Unfortunately, we do not have specific timings for delivery but we will keep you updated once the bouquet is delivered.
Are your flowers fresh?
We only sell preserved flowers — but fret not, it is made up of 100% real flowers and can last up to 3 years by keeping them away from water and direct sunlight!
Can I customise my bouquet?
Absolutely! Drop us a message on WhatsApp +65 88104489 with your preferences (colour, flower types, occasion), and we’ll do our best to create something special for you.
Can I walk in to purchase?
Currently, we’re online-based and do not offer walk-in purchases — but we’re always happy to assist you virtually!
What if i'm unhappy with my bouquet?
We’re really sorry to hear that! Please send us a photo and let us know what went wrong — we’ll work with you to make things right.
